Full interior renovation of a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home in Boulder Colorado. The house was originally built in the early 60's. It is your typical ranch style home with finished basement in Boulder. Upon entering the house you are on the main floor where every room on this floor is compartmentalized.  The owners wanted to open up the space and add a bigger living space as well as larger Master Bedroom Suite.  The whole main level was completely gutted due to a roof leak so we took full advantage of the new template we were given.  Walls were taken down to create a large open space that is perfect for entertaining.  The stair to the basement was also moved from the center of the space to an outer wall to create better flow.  The exterior got a complete makeover to newer modern materials.  A few before photos were added to show the extent of the work done.
