Designed from the ground up, this 4,000-square-foot custom residence was envisioned as a modern family home that seamlessly blends everyday living with recreation, entertaining, and a strong connection to its surroundings. Overlooking Coal Creek Golf Course with sweeping views of Colorado's Front Range, the home was carefully positioned to maximize natural light and capture the beauty of its setting.

The main level was designed around an open-concept floor plan where the kitchen, pantry, dining room, and living room flow effortlessly together, creating a welcoming environment for family life and entertaining. Expansive windows and indoor-outdoor connections bring the landscape into the home while reinforcing the clean, contemporary architectural aesthetic.

The upper level provides a private retreat with four bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite, dedicated fitness room, and convenient laundry. The fully finished lower level extends the home's entertainment spaces with a custom bar and flexible gathering areas designed for family and friends.
