Morso is a space designed to bring people together through exceptional food, thoughtful design, and memorable experiences.

Our fifth restaurant collaboration with Chef Hosea Rosenberg, Morso reflects a partnership built on trust, shared vision, and a passion for creating hospitality environments that leave a lasting impression. Each project has built upon the last, allowing us to continually refine the guest experience while supporting the evolution of one of Colorado's most celebrated culinary brands.

Our vision for Morso was to create an atmosphere that feels sophisticated yet approachable—where contemporary design is balanced with timeless warmth and comfort. Rich wood tones, layered textures, natural materials, and carefully curated furnishings work together to create a dining environment that invites guests to linger and connect.

Lighting plays a central role in the experience, highlighting architectural features while creating intimate moments throughout the restaurant. Every material, finish, and furnishing was selected not only for its beauty, but also for how it contributes to the flow of the space, operational efficiency, and the overall guest experience.

At Morso, every design decision was guided by a single philosophy: great hospitality begins with great design. Architecture has the power to shape how people gather, celebrate, and create memories, and our goal was to craft a space that feels as exceptional as the food and service it was designed to support.
